What’s the job?
You’ll be known as a Product Consultant at Arnold Clark but your role will be heavily sales focused. Instead of a traditional showroom job, you’ll help customers find the right car, guide them through the sales process, and ensure a great aftersales experience. Your main goal is to build positive, lasting relationships with customers while meeting sales and service targets.

On an average day, you’ll be…
* Helping customers find the right car based on their needs
* Delivering outstanding, 5‑star service – going the extra mile for everyone who walks through the door
* Building and maintaining lasting relationships through every step of the sales process
* Selling the appropriate sales package, from finance to servicing, with integrity and professionalism
* Co‑ordinating the order and delivery of vehicles and keeping everything running smoothly
* Meeting monthly sales expectations and customer experience standards
* Working as part of a dynamic team to meet deadlines and honour promises
* Staying in touch with customers to offer them a great aftersales experience
