* Start Time: 9:00 AM daily
* Working Hours: Approximately 8-10 hours per day
* Experience: Desirable but not essential as induction will be provided
Responsibilities
* Collecting household and commercial waste from designated areas.
* Loading waste into the refuse vehicle safely and efficiently.
* Assisting the driver with navigation and maneuvering the vehicle in tight spaces.
* Adhering to all health and safety regulations and company policies.
* Working effectively as part of a team of two to ensure collection rounds are completed on schedule.
Requirements
* Physical fitness: The role involves significant manual handling, lifting, and walking.
* Reliability and punctuality: A consistent attendance record is crucial for this role and being on time to not delay collections.
* Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions: This is an outdoor role, and you will be exposed to various weather elements.
* Strong work ethic and a positive attitude: A willingness to get stuck in and work as part of a team is essential.
