1. Greeting and providing high-standard service to international and regular clientele.
2. Offering customer sales advice and presenting the collection.
3. Organizing and completing digital/phone orders for clients.
4. Managing client relationships through digital tools.
5. Assisting with daily store operations, including restocking, maintaining displays and stockroom, and stock-taking.
6. Achieving personal sales goals with motivation and enthusiasm.
7. Sending daily reports on sales and customer interactions.
Profile Required
* Fluent in English (speaking, writing, reading); additional languages are a plus.
* Experience in retail, especially in fashion and luxury goods.
* Flexible and adaptable to changing needs.
* Proactive, dynamic, and positive attitude.
* Good interpersonal skills and team spirit.
