Our doors are open to a new Accounts officer. Youll never get bored in this diverse role that encompasses all accounting and administration function. We need someone wholl take the bull by the horns and own the role and its responsibilities.

We represent some of Australias leading Suppliers & Manufacturers of superior quality Construction products into the South Pacific Construction Market.

THE ROLE
As the Accounts officer, your focus will be all accounts payable & receivable functions, in addition to supporting Administrative ad-hoc requirements.
This is a multi-faceted role where you will be required to:
* Conduct Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable functions
* Bank, credit card and petty cash reconciliations
* EOM processing
* Payroll
* Purchase order to job sheet reconciliations
* Client and Supplier liaison
You’ll be required to prioritise your workload and feed back critical information to management.
This is a full time, Monday - Friday role.
THE SUCCESSFUL APPLICANT
With a broad background in accounts and administration you possess the following skills and experience:
* Extensive knowledge of all functions in MYOB
* Extensive Experience with MYOB Accountright or similar
* Self-starter with a can-do attitude
* Confident and clear communication skills
* Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
* Extensive experience in administration management with customer contact
* An understanding of the sales process and the construction industry
* Ability to use your own initiative, organise yourself and others.
* Strong eye for detail and an ability to double check your own work.
