A Strong Fit for Service Leavers and Offshore Professionals
We actively encourage applications from candidates with diverse maritime-related backgrounds and particularly value the skills brought by service leavers. As a proud member of the
Armed Forces Covenant Employer Recognition Scheme
, we recognise that a background in the Royal Navy, Royal Marines, or other services equips individuals with unparalleled discipline, a deep-rooted safety culture, and often, direct instructional experience. These skills in leadership, teamwork, and performing under pressure are directly transferable and highly respected in our training environment. We are committed to supporting veterans and providing a clear, supportive pathway to a new and fulfilling civilian career.
Equally, professionals with experience in the rapidly growing offshore renewables sector will find themselves to be exceptionally strong candidates. Your first-hand knowledge is invaluable and brings an immediate, practical understanding of the GWO (Global Wind Organisation) standards we teach. Your insights into the real-world challenges of the offshore wind industry will significantly enrich our training programmes, providing our delegates with the relevant, cutting-edge knowledge required to work safely and effectively.
