Researchers in this boutique agency bring passion, initiative and genuine enthusiasm to their work for a loyal client base spanning media, entertainment, FMCG, retail and public sectors, and have fun doing it! Joining a vibrant team of experts, you will have a pivotal role managing quantitative research studies across a range of projects including brand, segmentation, creative testing and NPD.
Whether a Senior Researcher looking for a step up or a Research Manager seeking boarder responsibility this role will suit you if you thrive on variety and enjoy being hands on. You’ll go beyond the clients brief to design impactful studies which you will manage from brief to the delivery of compelling, actionable insights.
Projects are bespoke and predominantly ad hoc, so strong quantitative survey design skills are essential as is the ability to create engaging visualisations, spot meaningful trends and present to senior level stakeholders. You will enjoy collaborating in a close-knit team who are embracing new methodologies and AI tools to ensure they sharpen how insight is developed and delivered to delight their clients.
A strong track record in quantitative research gained in a research agency is a must have. Combined with a bright, curious mindset, this role offers the chance to flourish in a dynamic, fast-paced business with plenty of scope for progression.
