We’re on the look out for a Field Service Representative (FSR) based in Wiltshire or Hampshire with experience in Defence & security.
We’re building systems for a world where laser threats are real, proliferating, and largely misunderstood.
We’re hiring a Field Service Representative to put that capability in the hands of the people who need it, and make sure it works when it matters.
There will be a split of your time at a desk addressing ILS activities and on the ground with customers, taking advanced laser detection and protection systems from box → deployment → operational use.
What you’ll do:
* Train operators to use Sentinel systems with confidence
* Troubleshoot and support equipment in the field
* Run live demos and operational evaluations
* Install, configure and maintain systems in real environments
* Support trials, exhibitions and pre-sales activity
* Work directly with engineering and product to close the loop fast
What we’re looking for:
* Background in defence, security, comms, electronics or optics
* Comfortable operating in military / field environments
* Strong problem solver who can think on their feet
* Clear communicator with a hands‑on mindset
* Willing to travel often at short notice
You’ll be part of a team moving fast, working closely with end users, and delivering capability that has real‑world impact.
