Location: Shooting Stars Nursery, Hinckley, LE10 1AD
Salary: £13.40 per hour
Contract: Full‑time | 40 hours/week | Monday to Friday (Part‑time hours considered)
Hours: 7:30am–6:00pm | All year round | Closed on bank holidays

We're looking for a dedicated Nursery Practitioner to join our warm, collaborative team — where your skills are celebrated and your professional development genuinely matters.
What We're Looking For
We're seeking an experienced early years professional who is:
Level 3 qualified in Early Years (full & relevant)
Experienced working within a children's day nursery
Confident in delivering the EYFS and supporting children with SEND
Knowledgeable about safeguarding and child protection procedures
Passionate about building positive, trusting relationships with families
Committed to delivering high‑quality, child‑led learning and care
Your Role
As a Nursery Practitioner, You Will:
Act as a Key Person, supporting each child's learning and development
Plan and deliver engaging, age‑appropriate activities aligned with the EYFS
Work closely with parents and carers to support children holistically
Maintain a safe, inclusive and stimulating environment
Contribute to ongoing quality improvements and uphold Ofsted standards
