MOT Tester, Panel Beater, Fast Fit Mechanic, Roadside Technician e.g. Tyre, Key Assist, Apprentice - 2nd year complete (Level 2), Marine Mechanic, Railway Worker, HGV/RO Driver, Ex‑Military Personnel, Agricultural Mechanic, Motorbike Mechanic, Aerospace Technician, Vintage Car Restorer.
Eligibility & Requirements
* Some experience in vehicle maintenance and repair and customer service.
* Full category B driving licence with 6 points or less; category BE (towing) will be funded if not held.
* Willingness to work shifts, including evenings, weekends and bank holidays.
Salary & Earnings
Salary: £29,350 (based on an average 40‑hour working week). On Target Earnings: top performers can earn upwards of £44,000. Start date: 13 April 2026.
Due to essential training requirements, annual leave cannot be taken between 13 April and 31 May.

Responsibilities
* Provide roadside assistance and vehicle maintenance as a trainee mechanic.
* Communicate effectively with customers to understand and explain needed repairs.
* Operate within all safety and quality standards set by the AA.
