The role As a Project Assistant, you'll have a role that's out of the ordinary. You will provide critical support to the NTSP project to ensure the project teams can operate in their roles effectively and in line with client requirements. Day-to-day, you'll support the submission and update of Clyde Visitor Notification Forms (VNFs) for project personnel / visitors. Support the Atkins-Cavendish Alliance on-boarding process of new starters etc. and issue of supporting documents. Maintaining accurate & timely project records for existing systems, databases and spreadsheets adherence with Security Aspect Letter (SAL) requirements and other mandated Clyde Security requirements. Assist Project and Design Managers with general administration activities as requested. Prepare project correspondence as requested - typically using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook). This role is full time, 37 hours per week and provides hybrid working arrangements with 2 days in the office (Glasgow or Warrington) and 3 days working from home. Essential experience of the Project Assistant Computer-literate, with experience using MS packages, namely Excel, Word and Outlook. Demonstratable experience working in an administrative role. Good communication skills, both orally and written. Handles sensitive information with discretion and responsibility.
