Clerk of Works – Hours: 36 hours per week. Location: Shropshire. Salary: £37,415 per annum. Permanent Construction.

The Role
We are looking for an individual who is keen to carry out both office and fieldwork on forms for construction. The individual will be responsible for receiving and checking the accuracy of contractors records, reporting and maintaining records of all design at the sites of which they control, and be part of a well-established team. This role requires detailed inspections and working closely with a range of stakeholders to ensure high standards are continued, with Health & Safety at the forefront.
What you will need
A qualification in construction or surveying is not essential but is desirable for this role. Detailed knowledge and experience of residential construction, knowledge of Construction Contracts, Building Regulation requirements and Design & Quality standards are expected.
