up to £30, plus £55, OTE

Are you a new homes sales negotiator looking for the chance to sell beautiful homes on a stunning scheme? Our client is a 5 * developer looking for a New Homes Sales Negotiator to deliver their great product on site near Balsham, Cambridge! This is a permanent role and you will be working on site on a busy sales and marketing suite.
This company is a great fit if you’re looking to work in a supportive but high quality environment! The developer have a great pipeline of land in the area, so there is longevity in the role!
On offer is a basic salary of £30, with a realistic OTE of £55, and paid mileage. You will be flexible to work on weekends, with Thursday/Friday as your day off and 1 weekend off in 6.
You will have proven new homes sales experience, sales drive and be self motivated to successfully convert leads into sales!
Using your previous experience as a Sales Negotiator, you will manage the customer from enquiry through to exchange and completion, delivering a 5* customer journey at all times. You will report into the Sales Manager.
For this role duties will include:
1. Meeting and greeting customers on site
2. Taking customers details and qualifying their requirements
3. Dealing with incoming sales enquiries
4. Taking customers on viewings
5. Advising customers on the sales journey and progressing sales
6. Ensuring the sales suite is presentable

Key requirements:
11. New homes sales experience in housebuilding or new homes experience for an estate agency
12. Have access to your own transport and a valid UK driving license
13. Be confident using Computer systems including Microsoft Office
14. Be very customer service focused and sales orientated
15. Be immaculately presented
16. Be available to work on weekends.
