What You'll Do: Manage and update product listings across our e-commerce platforms. Optimise product descriptions, imagery, and pricing to maximise sales. Monitor online traffic, analyse sales data, and recommend strategies for growth. Coordinate promotions, discounts, and seasonal campaigns. Ensure smooth order fulfilment by liaising with warehouse and customer service teams.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing our online presence, driving sales through various digital channels, and ensuring a seamless customer experience. This role requires a blend of analytical skills, creativity, and project management abilities to enhance our e-commerce strategy and performance.
What We're Looking For: Experience in e-commerce platforms (e.g., Visualsoft, Shopify, WooCommerce, Magento). Strong understanding of SEO, digital marketing, and analytics tools. Excellent communication and organisational skills. A proactive mindset with a knack for problem-solving. Bonus: Graphic design or product photography experience.

Duties
* Develop and implement e-commerce strategies to increase online sales and improve customer engagement.
* Manage the company's website, ensuring content is up-to-date and optimised for SEO.
* Conduct keyword research and implement SEO best practices to enhance organic search visibility.
* Create compelling copy for product descriptions, email marketing campaigns, and social media posts.
* Create and implement a digital marketing ecommerce strategy across all digital channels including but not limited to email marketing, social media marketing, content creation, SEO, PPC, ads, Google Ads, keyword optimisation & video marketing.
* Track and report on key metrics such as traffic, conversion rates, and ROI to measure the effectiveness of marketing initiatives. in SEO techniques and tools for improving website visibility.
* Coordinate with cross-functional teams to manage projects effectively and meet deadlines.
* Lead social media management efforts to build brand awareness and engage with customers.
* Stay updated with the latest trends in e-commerce, digital marketing, and technology.
