This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in the day‑to‑day operations of a busy Peabody's outlet within a healthcare environment, ensuring outstanding service, exceptional standards, and a great customer experience.Working alongside the Store Manager, you will help lead a motivated team, maintain operational excellence, and support a culture of quality, safety, and continuous improvement.Main ResponsibilitiesSupport with in house food preparation. Support the Store Manager in the daily running of the Peabody's store.Lead, supervise, motivate, and inspire the team to deliver exceptional customer service.
