This is a fantastic opportunity for a qualified Solicitor or Chartered Legal Executive with a strong background in wills, probate, estate planning and Court of Protection matters. Key Responsibilities: Manage a busy caseload of private client work, including: Wills and estate planning Trusts and inheritance tax planning Powers of Attorney Court of Protection and elderly client services Provide tailored legal advice to high-net-worth individuals and families Opportunity to take on more complex matters as your role evolves About You: You should be a qualified Solicitor or Legal Executive with 2 years’ PQE in private client law Strong technical knowledge and client-facing communication skills A STEP qualification is desirable, but full funding and support will be provided if you want to obtain it Based in or able to commute to Exeter, East Devon, or surrounding areas Why Join This Firm?
