We are looking for teachers to join our school in Doncaster. You will be working with an experienced team in a culture where children are respected, listened to, and involved in decisions as much as possible.
As a Teacher, your day will be varied and interesting, following a flexible structure while supporting our children and young people by providing bespoke therapeutic, educational frameworks tailored to each child.
Our provision includes 1 ACE (Another Chance Education), an alternative education provision working with children who struggle in formal or specialised settings, offering education on an outreach basis or within our Ofsted registered school.
You will work within a trauma-informed practice model. Our schools have been awarded the ‘Attachment and Trauma Sensitive School Award’.
Our leadership team will invest in your professional development, offering up-to-date training and prioritising your personal development goals.
Hours: Term Time in line with local authority. Full-time 37 hours per week: Mon 08:30‑17:00, Tue‑Thu 08:30‑16:30, Fri 08:30‑16:00. This is initially a maternity cover role until January 2026.

Requirements
* Good written and IT skills
* Ability to communicate with children, colleagues, and external customers
* Active listening skills
* NQTS or QTS registration
* Valid UK driving licence (essential)
* Right to work in the UK
Experience working within a specialist education provision is highly desirable.
