Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Nursery Practitioner to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in early childhood education and experience working with children in a nursery setting. Responsibilities
* Provide a safe, nurturing, and stimulating environment for children aged 0-5 years.
* Plan and implement engaging activities that promote learning and development in line with the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) framework.
* Foster positive relationships with children, parents, and colleagues to support the children's emotional and social development.
* Observe and assess children's progress, maintaining accurate records to track their development.
* Collaborate with team members to create an inclusive atmosphere that respects diversity and encourages participation from all children.
* Maintain cleanliness and organisation within the nursery setting, ensuring all health and safety standards are met.
Qualifications
* Relevant qualifications in Early Childhood Education or Childcare (Level 2 or Level 3).
* Previous experience working in a nursery or childcare setting is essential.
* A genuine passion for working with children and supporting their development.
