The purpose of this role is to support our Insight & Analytics Team, working within one of our Business Units to deliver high-quality analysis and actionable insight that enables better, faster decision making. You’ll turn data into stories that drive business performance, improve customer experience, and help shape strategy across the organisation. What You’ll Love Providing visible Insight & Analytics support to your assigned area, building trusted relationships through pace, accuracy, and results. Understanding business priorities and identifying where data and analysis can deliver measurable impact. Collaborating with colleagues across Insight & Analytics, Data Science, Data Engineering, and Platform teams to deliver high-quality insight that informs commercial decisions. Producing reports, dashboards, and presentations using tools such as SQL, Power BI, Power Automate, and Excel to visualise performance and trends. Using analytical storytelling to communicate findings clearly and bring data to life for business stakeholders. Contributing to the Insight & Analytics community by sharing ideas, learnings, and best practice across the team. What You’ll Need Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with experience using SQL to extract, analyse, and interpret data. Proficiency in Power BI and Excel to create dashboards and reports that simplify complex information. Clear communication skills with the ability to explain data insights to non-technical audiences. A curious mindset and enthusiasm for learning new tools, techniques, and approaches. Understanding of commercial and customer metrics, ideally with experience in retail or a fast-paced environment. Familiarity with the Databricks analytics platform would be beneficial but is not essential.
