Role Objective: As a Kitchen Porter, you will ensure the cleanliness of cutlery, crockery, and kitchen utensils, maintaining high hygiene standards.
Key Responsibilities:
* Remove rubbish and bottles from the plate wash area, returning trolleys for bottles.
* Restock plates in the larder hot pass and fish section, ensuring all china is clean.
* Stack plates in the larder pass and fish section.
* Maintain a clean and tidy work area.
* Keep rubbish trolleys clean at all times.
* Uphold high standards of cleanliness and assist with any hygiene-related tasks as directed by senior chefs.
* Be fully aware of hygiene controls and chemicals used in the workplace.

* Experience in a fast-paced environment
* Flexibility to work weekdays, weekends, and some split shifts
* Keen eye for detail and strong organizational skills
* Confident communicator with excellent timekeeping abilities
* Ability to prioritize tasks effectively
