Job Description
Due to continued growth, we are seeking to employ a Commercial Administrator, the successful applicant will be joining an established team who consistently strive to deliver a better service to the United Infrastructure Energy Commercial Team.
Day To Day
* Support in both consolidating reviewing and processing timesheets in relation to direct and indirect operatives.
* Ensure that all timesheets are processed in line with the stipulated timeframe.
* Competent use of company and other cost systems.
* Maintain and continuously improve commercial / financial awareness.
* Assist in preparation of monthly valuations.
* Support in the preparation of monthly CVRs.
* File and distribute documents as required.
Qualifications
* Good GCSEs or higher level qualifications.
* Computer literate with Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Teams and Word skills to an intermediate level and keen to extend knowledge on software packages.
* Good understanding of Microsoft Dynamics or similar software (Oracle / SAP etc)
* Numerate to high standard.
* Able to produce work accurately and to tight deadlines.
