About the Role

In your role as a Home Administrator at HC-One, your compassion and kindness will set you apart. You will manage administrative systems and processes with precision to support the Home Manager in running services. This includes maintaining accurate financial records, preparing reports, administering the Time & Attendance system, processing payroll and HR information, all while keeping resident wellbeing as a priority.


Responsibilities

* Manage administrative systems and processes to support Home Manager.
* Maintain impeccable financial records and prepare reports.
* Administer Time & Attendance system.
* Process payroll and HR information.
* Prioritise resident wellbeing in all activities.
* Recognise and report safeguarding concerns, providing appropriate escalation.


Qualifications & Skills

* IT and Administration qualification such as ECDL.
* Administrative or secretarial support experience in a busy office.
* Strong Microsoft Office, time‑management and organisational skills.
* Positive energy and ability to communicate kindly and considerately with residents and colleagues.
* Understanding of safeguarding responsibilities and knowledge to recognise abuse, harm or neglect.
