Your key responsibilities will include:
* Conducting assessments to identify the needs of children and their families.
* Developing and implementing care plans in partnership with families and other stakeholders.
* Maintaining accurate and up-to-date case records and documentation.

To be successful in this role, you will need the following essential qualifications and skills:
* A recognized social work qualification (e.g., BA/MA in Social Work).
* Registration with Social Work England.
* Experience working within a children and families setting, preferably in a CIN team.
* Strong assessment and analytical skills.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
