THEROLE:
We are looking for a qualified Residential Conveyancing solicitor/Legal Executive or Licensed Conveyancer to join our thriving conveyancing department. The role will involve handling a busy and mixed caseload of work including:
* Sales and purchases;
* Freehold, leasehold, registered and unregistered property;
* Leasehold flats;
* Newbuilds;
* Transfers of Equity; and
* Lease extensions.
THE CANDIDATE:
Applications are sought from Residential Conveyancing Solicitors or FILEX/CLC who have a minimum of 1 year’s PQE in a Conveyancing role. You will have excellent communication skills, be highly organised and have the ability to prioritise your workload.
It is essential that you have experience:
* Handling a diverse caseload of conveyancing files;
* managing your own caseload;
* Using a case management system;
* Dealing with LMS, Lender Exchange, and Land Registry portals;
* Working effectively as part of a team and being able to communicate professionally at all levels;
* Managing customer’s expectations, with excellent customer service skills; and
* Of the Conveyancing Quality Scheme and the Conveyancing Protocol.
SALARY & BENEFITS:
