The Pay You’ll Receive:
* £15.04 per hour
* Overtime 1 - £18.49 per hour
* Overtime 2 - £21.57 per hour
* Overtime 3 - £24.66 per hour
The Hours You’ll Work:
This position requires you to work a rotating three-shift pattern:
* 07.00 - 15.00 (Monday to Friday)
* 15.00 - 23.00 (Monday to Friday)
* 20.45 - 07.00 (Sunday Night) / 23.00 - 07.00 (Monday night to Thursday)

MTrec Recruitment is currently recruiting for a prestigious automotive company in the Washington area.
The Job You’ll Do:
We are looking for candidates with production / manufacturing experience. The role involves general duties such as machine operating, quality inspection, hand assembly, completing duties for despatch and inventory as designated by your supervisor.
* Daily meetings with the team leader or supervisor
* Help prioritize workloads within the department / designated production area
* Work in a fast-paced automotive environment
* Operate machinery assisting with overall production
* Use of hand tools to assemble components
* Hand assembly of automotive components
* Quality inspection of components
* Manual handling with heavy lifting
* Maintain knowledge of all production departments and systems used
* Follow health & safety standards at all times
* Follow legal and company requirements for forklift use in the warehouse if applicable
About You:
* Previous experience in a fast-paced production / manufacturing environment
* A positive attitude and willingness to learn new skills
* Confidence and readiness to take on more responsibility if necessary
