Frazer, a leading provider of specialist civils, infrastructure & utilities products and solutions, is on the hunt for a Branch Operations Manager to join our Frazer branch in Bournemouth.

Hours: 7am-5pm Monday to Friday
Key Responsibilities
* Customer Engagement: Welcome customers, take an active interest in their projects, and assist with order processing.
* Team Leadership: Manage warehouse operatives and drivers, ensuring daily setup and route planning.
* Operational Tasks: Load/unload vehicles using a forklift (training provided), check deliveries, and maintain stock levels with regular counts.
* Reporting & Support: Produce monthly reports and provide support to the Branch Manager.
* Health & Safety & Cleanliness: Keep the branch tidy and prioritize health and safety at all times.
Required Skills And Experience
* Previous experience in the industry is preferred.
* Background in warehouse and transport management with inclusive leadership skills.
* Genuine enthusiasm for customer interaction and a “customer-first” attitude.
* Comfortable working indoors and outdoors with a focus on health and safety.
* Demonstrates solid commercial acumen.
