Learning Support Assistant – SEN School, Worthing Worthing, West Sussex Start: ASAP Type: Full-Time (Term Time Only) Pay: £13.69 per hour Hours: Monday–Friday: 8:30am–3:30pm We are currently recruiting a calm, patient, and dedicated Learning Support Assistant to join a specialist SEN school in Worthing. This full-time, temporary, term-time role involves supporting pupils with a range of special educational needs within a structured, nurturing, and inclusive environment. As a Learning Support Assistant, you will play a key role in helping pupils feel safe, understood, and engaged in their learning. You will work closely with teaching and support staff to provide consistent, tailored support, adapting your approach to meet individual learning, emotional and behavioural needs.
