The Opportunity
As a Senior / Principal Electrical Building Services Engineer, you will play a key role in delivering client requirements, overseeing technical engineering and project delivery, guiding project direction, and helping team members reach their potential.
You will utilize digital tools from Microsoft and Autodesk, and contribute to developing new digital solutions to enhance our design processes and services.
You will work in project groups supported by geographical teams, with opportunities for global development. As a technical leader, you should have excellent communication skills, maintain client and team relationships, and support project management to meet budgets and milestones.
You will foster a culture of knowledge sharing and continuous improvement, understanding client needs and developing delivery plans.
Key Responsibilities:
* Leading multidisciplinary design teams from inception to completion
* Communicating designs with clients and collaborators
* Delivering holistic design solutions
* Managing design programmes
* Chairing meetings
* Staying updated on legislation and regulations
* Ensuring commercial success with the Project Director

Candidate Profile:
* Chartered Engineers (or near Chartered via IET or CIBSE) with electrical building services experience
* Experience managing multi-disciplinary projects in a consultancy
* Proficiency in BIM and digital tools; Revit MEP experience preferred
* Strong leadership and communication skills
* Commercial awareness and a track record of delivering high-quality electrical designs
