* Creating user stories, personas, and storyboards; determining information architecture and creating sitemaps.
* Creating prototypes and wireframes; conducting usability testing.
* Finding your area of interest in UX design, which is a broad discipline.
* Understanding general structure and writing style, action research design, and case study design.
