What You'll Learn & Do:
* Book & Track: Book new jobs and monitor shipments using our Freight Management System.
* Documentation & Customs: Prepare shipping documentation and HM Customs declarations accurately.
* Communication: Liaise with carriers, customers, and partners, providing timely updates.
* Problem-Solving: Assist with organizing deliveries and handling customer queries.
* Team Player: Support your team and build strong relationships with customers and suppliers.
* System Savvy: Ensure accurate and timely updates in our systems and paperwork.
What We're Looking For:
* Administrative Aptitude: Well-organized with a desire to develop administrative skills.
* Computer Confidence: Good knowledge of Microsoft Office.
* Clear Communicator: Strong verbal and written communication skills.
* Multi-tasker: Ability to handle multiple tasks and work under pressure.
* Time Management: Eagerness to develop effective time management skills.
