Overview
Job description for a Curriculum Manager role at Novus, a prison education provider (HMP Lancaster Farms). The position is permanent, full-time, 37 hours per week. The role focuses on shaping and managing curriculum across Electrical Installation, Joinery, Painting & Decorating, Employability and Art to drive curriculum innovation and improve student outcomes.

Skills, Qualifications and Experience
To be successful in this role, you will need:
* Teaching qualification - minimum Cert Ed or PGCE
* Degree or equivalent (including equivalent life / career experience)
* Hold at least a Level 2 qualification in Literacy and Numeracy
* Experience of implementing continuous quality assurance procedures
* Experience of successful partnership working
* Effective communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to motivate and enthuse teams
* Organisational skills to prioritise workload to meet challenging deadlines and targets
* Analysing trends and identifying impact on curriculum
* IT skills
