The head of TCO is responsible for managing the organisations financial risks by creating RV and TCO models across the vehicle leasing portfolio, applying commercialism where require.
The main job responsibilities:
* Lead and manage the ARC team, including workload allocation, coaching, and development.
* Develop and maintain robust TCO models and methodologies to support pricing, forecasting, and strategic decisions.
* Build and maintain strong relationships with all vehicle manufacturers and external data providers to ensure accurate and timely cost inputs.
* Collaborate with Sales and Commercial teams to provide ARC insights that support competitive pricing and customer proposals.
* Monitor market trends, residual values, maintenance costs, and other key factors impacting TCO.
* Challenge existing processes and implement improvements to enhance accuracy, efficiency, and transparency.
* Support budgeting and forecasting processes with detailed TCO analysis and scenario planning.
* Ensure compliance with internal policies and external regulations related to cost modeling and reporting.
* Prepare and present TCO reports and recommendations to senior management, formulating sound recommendations to the RV Committee / Leasys Uk teams, enabling informed and accurate forecasting of future residual values.
* Drive continuous improvement initiatives within the ARC team and across the business.
* Other ad hoc duties as required.
The ideal candidate will have:
* Degree/equivalent i.e. ACCA/CIMA plus 5+ years’ experience (essential) Strong commercial awareness and analytical skills.
* Excellent communication and presentation skills; able to influence and collaborate across departments.
* Proactive, inquisitive, and comfortable challenging the status quo.
* Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
* Advanced Microsoft Excel skills essential; experience with BI tools (e.g., Business Objects, Power BI) desirable.
* Familiarity with leasing systems and data platforms advantageous.
