About the Role:
Were seeking an experienced Paraplanner to join our office near Tunbridge Wells, Kent. This is a fantastic opportunity to play a key role in supporting our advisers and shaping the financial planning process for a growing client base. Youll be a trusted technical resource, ensuring the delivery of accurate, compliant, and high-quality advice.

Key Responsibilities:
6. Prepare detailed financial plans, suitability reports, and recommendations
7. Conduct in-depth research on investments, pensions, tax planning, and protection products
8. Use advanced financial planning software to model complex scenarios
9. Liaise with advisers to develop tailored strategies for clients
10. Ensure compliance with FCA regulations and internal policies
11. Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records
12. Mentor and support junior team members where required
What Were Looking For:
13. CII Level 4 Diploma ; Chartered status desirable
14. 5+ years experience Paraplanning
15. Strong technical knowledge of financial planning, tax, pensions, and investments
16. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
17. Ability to manage complex cases and work independently
18. High attention to detail and strong organisational skills
19. Proficiency in financial planning software and Microsoft Office
20. Clear and confident communication skills
