Here at The Little Shipmates Group Ltd we have a very exciting, new job opportunity for an experienced and passionate Nursery Manager to come and join our family of nurseries in the newly created position of Relief Nursery Manager

This position has been implemented in order to support our increasingly busy nurseries as part of the Nursery Leadership Team. This role will be responsible for covering and supporting any of our 5 settings within the group in the absence of either the Nursery Manager or Deputy Manager. This could be anywhere from a single day of sickness/holiday cover, to a 9 month Maternity Cover.

It is therefore essential that the successful candidate is easily adaptable, confident and able quickly build strong working relationships with staff, children and parents. Due to the nature of the position, previous Management experience within a nursery is a necessity as well as a minimum of a Level 3 Childcare or Early Years qualification (which must be full and relevant).

The Relief Nursery Manager role is full time, working all year round.
