Job Description
This role involves working within the commercial team across multiple manufacturing sites in the THG Nutrition & Wellness division. These sites have been recently acquired by THG, and following positive changes, we are now recruiting several sales roles. The position offers an exciting opportunity to work with existing customers and target new channels for growth, with P&L responsibility over a portfolio of ingredients and finished goods supplied to leading B2B customers.
The Role
1. Manage an individual portfolio of accounts, ensuring profitability, customer satisfaction, and growth targets are achieved.
2. Own and drive key commercial objectives within assigned customer accounts and overall strategy by building and maintaining relationships at multiple levels.
3. Continuously evaluate customer product mix to improve profitability, incorporating initiatives from NPD, complexity reduction, and cost optimization.
4. Develop and manage customer contract agreements aligned with business priorities.
5. Manage customer relationships and collaborate internally across departments such as Operations, Finance, Technical, and Product Development to optimize results.
6. Align with S&OP demand planning to ensure forecast accuracy and implement necessary adjustments to meet account targets and surpass annual budgets.
7. Create specific Pareto customer account plans to exceed budgets.
8. Provide the business with accurate weekly sales forecasts and proactive plans to address gaps.

* Experience with Flavors and Ingredients is essential.
* Previous account management or sales experience.
