As part of their continued expansion, they are seeking a senior compliance professional to lead a growing team and drive forward strategic compliance initiatives across the group.

Role Responsibilities:
* Lead, develop and mentor a compliance team of 9
* Build a high-performing, collaborative compliance culture
* Oversee day-to-day compliance activity and deliver strategic projects
* Act as the primary point of contact with regulatory authorities
* Respond to due diligence requests, RFIs, and regulatory risk assessments
* Conduct risk-based reviews of services and operations to mitigate compliance risks
* Drive improvements across AML, policy, onboarding, and training processes
* Lead internal compliance improvement projects, enhancing controls, systems, and reporting
* Ensure onboarding, KYC, and KYB checks meet relevant regulatory standards
* Work with senior management and the board to embed compliance into business strategy
Skills:
- Minimum of 2 years' experience in a senior compliance position (regulated environment preferred)
- Strong knowledge of UK regulatory requirements (FCA, AML, KYC/KYB)
- Confident leading projects and managing external regulatory relationships
- Strong attention to detail, analytical mindset, and confident communication skills
- Experience working in a fast-paced, growing business and managing multiple workstreams.
