The successful candidates will work under the direction of the Chief Finance Officer and Deputy Chief Finance Officer to organise and deliver financial and business support in a busy Finance Office. AAT Level 2 or equivalent is desirable for both posts. Duties may include: • To take responsibility for financial transactions within the College, including purchase orders, invoicing, BACS payments and petty cash • To ensure receipt, safekeeping and banking of all money received by the College (including via ParentPay) • To co-ordinate the purchase of goods and supplies, ensuring that the College obtains best possible value for money from suppliers and contractors • To undertake monthly bank reconciliations and month-end adjustments Applications must be made via a Bishop Perowne application form, which are available from our school website or by contacting Mrs K J Wigley, the Headteacher’s P.A./HR Manager at the school.
