MEP Quantity SurveyorLocation: NorthamptonshireWork Pattern: Hybrid (34 days on site)Start: ImmediateWe are seeking an experienced MEP Quantity Surveyor to join a leading MEP subcontractor delivering a major hospital project. This is an immediate requirement, ideally suited to candidates with strong NEC Option C experience and a background in complex healthcare or live environment projects.The role will focus on commercial management of MEP packages, including cost control, change management, procurement, and contract administration. The successful candidate will support the commercial and project teams in ensuring accurate forecasting, valuation, and commercial reporting under NEC frameworks.Key ResponsibilitiesManage MEP commercial activities under NEC Option CPrepare and manage compensation events and change controlSupport cost reporting, forecasting and cash flow managementCarry out valuation of works and subcontractor applicationsAssist with procurement and subcontractor package managementLiaise with project delivery teams on cost and programme impactsSupport final accounts preparation and agreementEnsure accurate commercial reporting and contract complianceWork closely with client and supply chain stakeholdersRequirementsProven experience as an MEP Quantity SurveyorStrong NEC Option C experience (essential)Experience working for an MEP subcontractor preferredHospital / healthcare project experience advantageousFamiliarity with Procure 21+ / Procure 23 frameworks usefulStrong understanding of subcontractor commercial managementExcellent analytical and communication skillsJCT experience not requiredPackagec£60,000 basicImmediate startHybrid working (34 days on site)Opportunity to join a leading MEP subcontractor on a major live healthcare projectTPBN1_UKTJ
