The Role
As Sales Administrator, you will provide comprehensive support to the sales function while taking ownership to ensure full compliance with UK regulations. You will act as a central link between sales, purchasing, production, and external regulatory bodies.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage a portfolio of customer accounts, acting as the main point of contact
* Process sales orders accurately and efficiently
* Prepare and follow up on quotations
* Liaise with production, logistics, and procurement teams to ensure timely delivery
* Handle customer enquiries, resolving issues promptly and professionally
* Maintain accurate records on CRM/ERP systems
* Support external sales managers with customer updates and reporting
* Monitor stock levels and delivery schedules
