GSL Education are recruiting for schools in Sheffield (S2, S3) to appoint a reliable PE Support who can assist with the delivery of engaging and well-organised physical education sessions. As a Physical Education (PE) Support, you will help maintain a safe, positive, and inclusive environment, supporting pupils to participate confidently in physical activities and sports. Key Responsibilities: Assist in preparing and setting up equipment for PE lessons and activities. Support pupils during sessions, ensuring safety and engagement. Encourage teamwork, positive behaviour, and active participation. Work closely with teaching staff to support lesson delivery. Help monitor pupil progress and engagement levels. Requirements: Previous experience working with children or young people in a physical activity setting. Confidence supporting pupils of varying abilities as a PE Support. Strong communication and teamwork skills. An understanding of safeguarding and student welfare. An Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to apply).
