Role Purpose

The Associate within Customer Advocacy Program is responsible for supporting the development and execution of customer advocacy initiatives within the marketing team. This person will play a key role in identifying, engaging, and nurturing customer advocates to help champion our products and services.

The Customer Referral & Advocacy Executive EMEA will report to the Senior Manager, Customer Marketing and Advocacy EMEA, working closely with the wider Marketing EMEA team, Customer Success, Professional Services, Sales Operations, regional sales teams, and partner teams.

The role involves managing initiatives and supporting programs within the Customer Marketing Team in EMEA.

Responsibilities include:

* Identifying potential customer advocates and building relationships.
* Organizing customer advocacy events and webinars, recruiting and briefing advocates for engagements.
* Coordinating collection of testimonials and case studies.
* Maintaining the customer advocacy database.
* Creating advocacy content with the Senior Content Writer EMEA and external agencies.
* Supporting program reporting to aid new business and cross/up-sell opportunities.
* Managing referencing requests from internal teams to support sales activities.
* Supporting the delivery of Verint’s annual Customer Awards event in London, including venue booking, promotion, logistics, and customer travel management.

Qualifications and skills required include:

* Experience in customer engagement and advocacy principles.
* Understanding of competitor advocacy programs.
* Knowledge of industry regulations related to customer data.
* Ability to work across multiple time zones and cultures.
* Collaboration skills across business functions and external stakeholders.
* Working knowledge of CRM systems.
* Ability to create and edit simple marketing collateral.
