As an Entry-Level Estimator, you'll be the bridge between a blueprint and a finished home. You will support our senior team in determining the costs of materials, labor, and time required for our residential projects. Perform Take-offs: Quantify materials (lumber, drywall, flooring, etc.) from architectural drawings. Vendor Liaison: Communicate with suppliers and subcontractors to obtain competitive and accurate quotes. Data Management: Assist in maintaining our pricing database to ensure our bids remain sharp and current. Project Collaboration: Work closely with Project Managers to ensure the transition from "estimated cost" to "actual build" is seamless. Site Visits: Occasionally head out to active sites to see how your estimates translate to the real world.
