Summary of Responsibilities The Client Billing & Receivables Lead owns CCM’s end-to-end client billing and receivables process. You are the firm’s named point of contact for billing, invoicing, payments, and debtor queries, ensuring fees are billed accurately, cash is allocated correctly, and issues are resolved early and professionally. This role is about getting billing right first time and maintaining clean, reliable debtor records. Credit control is part of the role, but the emphasis is on accuracy, clarity, and early resolution rather than persistent chasing.
