Senior Recruitment Consultant / Team Leader / Recruitment Manager – Construction & Infrastructure
Salary: DOE / Negotiable + highly lucrative, no-threshold commission + financial incentives

The Opportunity
We’re looking for a Senior Consultant / Team Leader / Recruitment Manager — someone who can lead from the front, drive business growth, and help shape the future of our Digbeth office.
This role is ideal for:
* A proven senior consultant, team leader or billing manager
* A business development manager with strong construction or infrastructure experience
* Someone experienced in UK construction frameworks, public sector/government frameworks, or large national accounts
* A recruiter who wants autonomy, influence, and meaningful progression
This is a high-impact role with space to put your stamp on the business.
What You’ll Be Doing
* Leading and mentoring a small team while billing yourself
* Driving new business growth across construction, infrastructure and processing plant markets
* Working with key clients, including those operating under UK government/construction frameworks
* Opening new accounts, building client relationships and expanding into new regions
* Managing high-value projects and ensuring workforce delivery
* Contributing to business strategy and growth plans
* Building your own desk with full autonomy and support from senior leadership
This is not a “back office” management role — it’s a hands-on leadership position suited to someone who enjoys both billing and developing others.
What You Bring
* Strong experience in construction or technical recruitment
* OR proven BD experience within construction/government frameworks
* A track record of billing, winning business and growing accounts
* Leadership ability — whether formal or informal
* Commercial awareness, resilience and a proactive approach
* The desire to play a key role in scaling a successful team
