Key Responsibilities
* Manage a caseload of employment matters from instruction to closure
* Advise clients on settlement agreements and employment tribunal matters
* Prepare documentation, handle client enquiries, and support colleagues
* Ensure accurate billing and follow office procedures
Qualifications
* 6+ months experience in employment law or NQ – 3 years PQE
* Knowledge of employment tribunal processes and claimant work
* Excellent client care, communication, and drafting skills
* Organised, accurate, and able to meet deadlines under pressure
* Confident IT skills and a flexible, proactive approach
