The Ideal Candidate Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent teaching qualification in Design and Technology. A minimum of two years' successful experience teaching Design and Technology at the secondary level, preferably within a boys' school environment. A strong passion for Design and Technology with a broad knowledge of design principles and techniques. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and classroom management skills. The ability to motivate and challenge students of all abilities to achieve their full potential.
