Are you already a Deputy Children's home Manager or a Senior looking for your next move?

Our home offers intensive therapeutic support to younger children aged 5 - 12 on admission, with the aim of reunification into fostering or back into the family home. We can support up to 5 children, who have emotional and behavioural disorders and mild learning disabilities, helping them to come to terms with their past and preparing them for their future. You will drive activities like cinema, fishing, ice skating, climbing, dog walks and organise events motivating everyone to get involved.

As a Deputy Manager, you will be an integral part of our established, inclusive team working alongside a 2nd Deputy manager and experienced Registered Manager and attending regional managers meetings. You will be part of a region of children's homes, with the backing of a growing, national organisation, where you will be actively encouraged to be creative and bring your own unique skills and have the opportunity to influence change.

You will be supported to gain level 5 qualifications, to grow and develop into future leaders with ongoing training to management level and to take on additional responsibilities such as Reg 44, Quality, Ofsted inspections, referrals and transition plans, which will give you the confidence to step up to manage the home when needed.

We want every member of our team to feel supported to be the best versions of themselves - when our people thrive, so do the children in our care and as a Deputy Manager you will be at the heart of everything we do. Our support includes access to specialist clinical consults who will support you to achieve positive outcomes for our young people working together to deliver high quality, child centred support.

We have also developed our own therapeutic model of care called Keys Connect. As a member of the region's leadership team, you'll play an active role in shaping and evolving this approach.

If you are looking for an opportunity to thrive then this is the job for you !!
