About the Role
We are currently seeking a skilled Team Leader Arborist role to join the Passive Parks and Streetscapes team. In this role, you will lead and supervise teams delivering maintenance programs in Open Space and Streetscape, oversee plant and labour resources, interpret plans and diagrammatic information and fulfill administrative tasks. A key part of the position involves providing arborist technical services in accordance with standards and procedures, and operating plant and equipment to their optimal capacity.
About You
You are an experienced arborist with extensive knowledge of tree maintenance practices and a strong background in leading teams in field-based operations.
In addition you will also have:
1. Certificate III in Arboriculture
2. WHS General Induction Certificate
3. Competent level of literacy and numeracy
4. Computer literacy
5. High level of competency in the operations and maintenance of arborist related plant and equipment, especially chainsaws and woodchippers
Your commencing annual salary will range from $70,449.12 to $91,583.86 + Superannuation + To and From Work vehicle + 20% Market Variable Component dependent on your experience and qualifications.
