Description
As the Senior Social Media Manager for this agency, you will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive social media strategy for the agency and their clients, to enhance their brand presence, engagement, and growth. This role will go beyond day-to-day content posting and involve data-driven planning, audience insights, and performance optimisation. The agency is looking for someone with a lot of strategic expertise when it comes to social media.
Day to day you can expect to:
* Develop high-level social media strategies for both the agency and their clients.
* Take a conceptual approach to social media rather than just day-to-day management.
* Analyse trends and leverage insights to drive engagement and growth.
* Collaborate with the existing team to bridge the gap between execution and strategy.
Experience
To be considered for the role of Senior Social Media Manager you must have a strong analytical and data-driven mind, with a deep understanding of platform algorithms and trends. Experience in paid advertising and campaign management is a must, as is an excellent storytelling and brand messaging ability.
Remuneration
This is an exciting opportunity to join an agency who are on an exciting growth journey and who work with some global power brands! The role requires some travel to their office in the West Midlands on a weekly basis. Salary on offer is up to £40,000 for the right person.
