Our client, a well-established independent agent is looking for an experienced Sales Negotiator/ Valuer to join their team based in Coventry.

Working Hours of a Sales Negotiator/ Valuer:
1. Monday to Friday 9am – 5.30pm
2. 1 in 2 Saturdays 9am – 12pm
In return, our clients are offering the successful Sales Negotiator/ Valuer:
3. £24,000 basic
4. £40,000 OTE (Uncapped)
5. Pay per mile
Ideally, to be considered for the Sales Negotiator/ Valuer role you must have the following:
6. Previous valuation experience
7. Driven and hard-working
8. Someone who thrives in a busy working environment.
9. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
10. Ability to win business in a competitive market.
11. Believe in providing excellent customer service.
Key tasks of a Sales Negotiator/ Valuer will include, but will not be limited to:
12. Closing for business and winning the instruction
13. Providing a valuation for sale purposes
14. Negotiating offers
15. Going out attending viewings.
16. Registering applicants
17. Carrying out market appraisals
