Hybrid Working – Our office base is Summerfield House and the job holder would be expected to work in the office 1 to 2 days per week with the remaining 3 to 4 days working remotely from home.
Role overview
The Administrator post provides general administrative support to the NHS Grampian Charity team and undertakes the day to day administrative duties and tasks of the charity.
* Managing the post mail and the email inbox, as well as all supporter and grant-holder correspondence.
* Dealing with first line enquiries from donors, supporters and fund applicants, inputting data to our systems, databases and spreadsheets and maintaining records.
* Organising and supporting team meetings, activities and events, taking minutes and notes and undertaking tasks such as handling enquiries and making bookings.
Qualifications
* Experienced in all aspects of general office administration.
* Previous experience of working with and supporting a small team of multi-disciplinary staff.
* Able to provide excellent customer service and be comfortable acting as a frontline ambassador for the charity.
* Fully IT literate and established experience of using IT systems and databases.
Interviews to be held on Thursday 30 April and Friday 1 May.
Additional Information for Candidates
As from 1/4/26, the Agenda for Change full-time working week will be reducing from 37 to 36 hours per week. Part time hours will be reduced pro-rata. However, there will be a corresponding increase in the hourly rate so that pay will not be affected.
